Crows. Crows and ravens are some of the smartest animals in the world, with their intelligence considered on par with chimpanzees. All crows and ravens belong to the same genus.
For the most part, crows have black-colored feathers, commonly with an iridescent shine to them. They are also said to be a symbol of change that is required. The New Caledonian Crow is probably the most famous example of one sign of intelligence—tool use—but this behavior has been recorded in several other species of Corvus as well.
It is a common bird found throughout much of North America.
When three crows caw, it is an indication that you will be blessed with good health.
The related term "raven" is not pinned scientifically to any certain trait, but is rather a general grouping for larger Corvus spp. Crows can provide you important insights for your current and future circumstances. Many species are black or black and grey; some are pied; others are more colourful or well-patterned.
